- Urgent Deadline: CPB Contractors tasked Ghossayn Group, their preferred contractor, with completing a QHSE questionnaire within an unprecedented timeframe of just 1 week, typically requiring 3 weeks.
- Detailed Requirements: The questionnaire comprised 165 detailed line items, each necessitating either an operating procedure, a QHSE response, or submission data.
- Documentation Gap: Ghossayn Group lacked prior documentation of operating procedures or an integrated management system.
